Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at peachycleansupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that fragrance preferences are personal. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based solely on scent preference.
