Local customers can select Front Porch Pickup at checkout to skip the shipping! Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a Ready for Pickup notification with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive this notification before arriving.

📦 Shipping
We happily ship Peachy Clean Co. orders straight to your door! Orders of $75+ receive FREE SHIPPING. ✨ Tracking information will be sent once your order is on the way.

⏰ Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during new drops, sales, promotions, holidays, and other periods of high demand. We promise we’re working hard behind the scenes to get your order Peachy Clean ready! 🍑

Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up, Peachy Clean Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

🍑 Returns + Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

📸 Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review each situation individually and do our best to make it right!

👃🏼 Not loving the scent?
We totally understand—fragrance is personal! However, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds based on scent preference. If you’re unsure about a fragrance, we recommend trying one of our 4 oz Scent Samples before committing to a full-size product. 🫧✨

Any approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
