How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, sales, or periods of high demand.

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, we offer local pickup only. Shipping options may be added in the future.

Are your scents strong?

Our products are designed to leave your space smelling fresh and inviting without being overwhelming. Fragrance strength may vary depending on the scent and how the product is used.

Can I return a product if I don’t like the scent?

Unfortunately, no. Because fragrance is a personal preference, we cannot accept returns or refunds based on scent preference.

Are your products safe for all surfaces?

We recommend spot testing on an inconspicuous area before use, especially on delicate or specialty surfaces.

Why does my product look different?

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using fragrance oils that may naturally affect color and appearance. Some products may appear slightly tinted or experience minor separation during storage. This is normal and does not impact product quality. Simply shake well before each use. 

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to help.

Will you be releasing new scents?

Absolutely! We’re always dreaming up new scents and seasonal favorites. Be sure to follow us on social media to be the first to hear about new launches and limited-edition releases.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and lots of peachy attention to detail.

Are your products pet-friendly?

Our products are made with phthalate-free fragrances and are formulated with your home in mind. While no cleaning or fragrance product should be consumed by pets, we intentionally choose phthalate-free fragrances as a safer option for households with furry family members. As with any household product, we recommend keeping products out of reach of pets and allowing surfaces to dry completely before allowing pets to come into contact with them.
